It's very simple! Just select the dress you'd like to rent, fill out the form and click the request button. Someone will be in touch within 24 hours to deal with your enquiry.
Next, if you would like to go forward with your purchase, you will be asked for your shipping details and you will receive a secure payment link. We also provide the option to purchase £10 Damage Insurance (highly recommended).
Finally, you will receive a conformation email of your purchase and a tracking number so you can keep Up-To-Date with your order status. You simply type the number provided into the Royal Mail website and track from there. Your item should arrive the day before or on your rental start date.
Please note: Royal Mail will provide you with allocated time slot to receive your rental on the morning of delivery. You should be able to re-direct your parcel to a nearby postal shop if you won't be home - unfortunately our items are unable to be left in a safe place so please do ensure someone is home to receive the delivery.
P.S If you are in the local area (Galashiels, Selkirk, Lauder, Melrose, Kelso, Peebles, Hawick) and need the dress last minute – the dress can be hand delivered that day (at an extra cost). Simply get in touch via this number: 078521 71472 or by email: dresstothenineszj@gmail.com

It is very important to return your rental within the rental period. This will allow everything to run smoothly.

A daily late fee of £25.00 may apply for each day a rental is not returned after the final day of the rental period.
Your item needs to be back in the post to us on the final day of your rental period to ensure we don’t miss any upcoming rentals. Late fees may apply should the item not be returned on time.
You simply place the item back in the box it came in and attach the prepaid label (Please email if the prepaid label is missing) on the front of the box and return it at your local Royal Mail post office.
Don’t worry, you can request a partial refund if the item doesn’t fit as long as you ensure you open your rental on the day the item arrives and if it does not fit, you must return it to the post office within 24 hours of receipt.
Damage insurance as an option is very important and recommend to anyone wishing to rent from DRESS TO THE NINES. This covers you for minor damage and gives you a sense of comfort when renting.
If anything happens to the dress when renting, it's very important to let us know immediately. That way the problem can be resolved fast and efficiently.
If you haven’t opted to pay for Damage Insurance and the item is damaged beyond repair, lost, stolen or the repair costs more than £50, DRESS TO THE NINES has the right to charge you for the total estimated replacement value of the rented item.

Renters that decide to purchase Damage Insurance for £10 when requesting a dress will be covered for the following repairable damages; - broken zips clasps, closures, missing beads and minor stain removal. This only insures damages up to the value of £50.
Renters would be liable to cover the total estimated market value of the dress in the event of irreparable or excessive damage and/or loss.
If your item arrives in less than great condition, you must let us know within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Firstly, fill out the form in the 'Personal Styling' section of the website. I will be in touch within 24 hours either by phone or email, this will help me to know a little bit more about you and your style. I will also include a price for the service and a style questionnaire for you to fill out.
If you wish to go ahead. I can get started by sending you 5 online personalised outfits with links. If you'd like a stress-free approach, I can purchase the outfit/s for you and send them directly to your address.
If you wish to return the items as they do not fit, not as pictured etc, and you have opted for me to order them for you – simply send me an email/call and I'll send you the corresponding return label/s.
In the case where you are unhappy with the items that were suggested and/or wish to send them back – I can either offer a partial refund or an extra 3 outfit options.
